1. Eligibility
Regions: Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, and Rest of the World
- You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must meet the following conditions:
- In original condition, unworn, with all tags attached.
- Not washed or altered.
- Meet hygiene standards, free of sweat, dirt, or stains.
- Accompanied by the Porsh Hair invoice.
2. Refund and Exchange Options
Regions: Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, and Rest of the World
- Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment or processed via the following options:
- Mpesa
- Your card
- Porsh Hair Gift Card

- Items purchased during promotional sales are eligible for exchanges only; no refunds will be provided.
3. Return Process
Kenya

- Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and the invoice.
- Drop the package at the nearest Porsh Hair location.

Uganda, Rwanda, and the Rest of the World

- Ship the package to Porsh Hair at the return address provided during the initiation of the return.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Nairobi
- Customers must call to initiate a return and drop the item at the nearest Porsh Hair location.
- Alternative return arrangements are available for an additional fee.
Outside Nairobi
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs via the nearest courier service provider.
Uganda, Rwanda, and the Rest of the World
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
E.A. Sourced Items
- Items sourced from East African countries such as Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Ethiopia, and Nigeria are subject to the same return policies.
